16 x 20ft Painted Garden Room

This magnificent garden building is one of our Garden Rooms, measuring 16 x 20ft. It was selected by our customer from our vast range of studios, summerhouses, and garden rooms as a way of extending their living space at home, without adding an extension onto their house. As all of our garden buildings are made to order, our customer was able to select everything from the roof covering, window type and cladding option to the interior features and exterior paint system in order to create a building tailor-made to their preferences. The manufacturing plans were created by our in-house CAD engineers before each component was hand-crafted by skilled craftsmen inside our Norfolk factory. As we include delivery and installation in the price of our buildings, our customer’s garden room was assembled in their garden by members of our installations team, who are the experts in ensuring our buildings are assembled to the high standards we pride ourselves on.

We offer our Garden Room is a wide range of customisable and standard sizes. The tailor-made sizes are available on request, but our standard sizes range from a small 10 x 10ft to a large 18 x 20ft. Our customer’s Garden Room is from our standard size range and it measures 16 x 20ft. It comes with a hipped roof that is lined with guttering and four sets of windows as standard. There are two sets of windows in the front, as well as in the double doors, with an additional double window set on either side. A Velux® window has also been added to the roof, which will give additional natural light to the light and airy interior. The roof is covered in grey slate effect tiles and the windows are Georgian in style. The weatherboard-clad exterior is painted in the colour Saltwater from our exterior paint system, with the door, window frames and corner boards highlighted in Farrow & Ball Pointing.

Our Garden Rooms come fully lined, insulated, and double glazed as standard making it an ideal choice for a year-round use building. An electric pack with heater is also included in the price of your Garden Room to ensure it stays supplied with warm, lighting and power. The internal walls are painted in Farrow & Ball Pointing and engineered flooring has been laid in the colour Heritage Oak.
