This Felbrigg National Trust Shed has been given a glamorous make-over by a creative customer and is now the ultimate she shed.
This chic retreat is from our range of buildings made in partnership with the National Trust, with a contribution from every building sold in this range going to the Trust to help them conserve the special places they look after. With this in mind, each of the buildings in this range are inspired and named after National Trust properties in the same region as our HQ.
The Felbrigg takes its name from the striking Jacobean Felbrigg Hall near Norwich, and has the distinctive, traditional features present throughout our entire National Trust shed collection. Its apex roof is covered with corrugated material and the exterior of the building is clad with vertically sawn, rustic cut FSCĀ® certified timber. It also has cast-iron door furniture and hinges, along with a fixed window featuring the Georgian cross design.
After the shed was installed by our in-house installations team, our customer got straight to work personalising her building, painting the interior and even adding her own electrics. This enables her to enjoy a recreational space perfect for relaxing, listening to music, painting and enjoying the surrounding wildlife among her beautiful garden.
We particularly like the creativity on not just the inside of the building but the exterior too, with the birdbox and flower bed finishing off the exterior beautifully, as well as contributing to the surrounding eco-system and encouraging birds to visit the garden.
The exterior of this 1.8 x 3.0m Felbrigg National Trust Shed is painted in Wades Lantern from the National Trust paint palette. The size of shed selected by our customer is one of three available and there are also five other colours inspired by the tasteful tones used prevalently by the Trust that you can choose from to decorate the exterior of your own National Trust garden building.
If you feel inspired by this beautiful building and its make-over we suggest that you pay us a visit at your nearest showsite, where you can find display buildings of all our products. This will not only allow you to admire the high-quality for yourself but also to imagine what you can do with your own extra space. To plan a visit to one of our show centres, you can contact us on
