I dealt with Peter initially, who I found very helpful, honest, and accommodating, without whom we may not have committed to buying this at the time we placed the order. The saleswoman at Nottingham was not pushy, just helpful and knew her product well. She answered all our questions about materials. She realised we were a same-sex couple - was obviously very aware and good re: these matters. Usually, people make assumptions, that we are friends, sisters etc. And it gets awkward. She was great. Then the fitters. Quick, skilled, polite, and friendly.
