The pair who installed our garden building were lovely. Extremely polite, hardworking, and helpful. I was impressed with just how quickly the build was completed. They had to access our garden via 2 of our neighbours’ gardens and the neighbours both commented that there was no sign they had been there at all. Really good experience overall.

Emma at the Lewes showroom was helpful during the purchase and when I phoned her for advice on fitting out summerhouse, she was full of great ideas and advice. The two installers were pleasant and took great care that there was no mud trodden into the summerhouse during the build as the ground was slightly muddy on the day of install.

Sam at St Albans was very helpful, especially when we were working out the shed spec. Matt & Nathan, the fitters, worked very hard on site and despite the quagmire that was our garden at the time, left the site very neat & tidy. Emma at your Brighton show centre was very helpful when I contacted her regarding advice on how to fit out the inside of our summerhouse and shed. The two fitters were very good and worked fast and have done a great job of installing the shed and summerhouse. They phoned me en-route to give me an estimated arrival time, which was accurate.

The service was immaculate. Emma at your Brighton show centre was extremely helpful. I would not have done it without her help. From the very beginning, I found your member of staff very knowledgeable, courteous, and ready to solve any problem. Emma's communication level was excellent. Emma helped me immensely with filling planning permission forms for the council and sent me all along with some valuable guidance. In fact, everybody was helpful each time I wanted some clarification, whether on the phone or even when Emma was not available. Another lady guided me through filling the form regarding the parking and timing for delivery (Forgive me I cannot recall the lady's name). Also, the fitters were courteous, cheerful, and worked efficiently on the day when it was rather cold.

Particularly impressed with the courtesy, professionalism, and skill of the installation team. Sam and Charlie worked quickly and efficiently and finished the building in one day. They were just missing two pieces of internal trim, which they promised would be delivered and fitted as soon as possible. Aaron, the electrician did the wiring simultaneously and obligingly fitted an outside light which we supplied. A couple of weeks or so later, a fresh team arrived, and quickly finished the final trim; a 15-minute job. Overall, we are very pleased with our new summerhouse/garden room.

Your sales advisor, Pauline, was excellent. When we first visited Sunningdale to view buildings she showed us many different options and advised and explained which 'extras' were suitable for us. She then visited us to check our site, access etc and was always available via email to answer questions and help us with planning permission and base construction. It was just very reassuring to have someone there to rely on right up until the building was complete. Despite the COVID-19 situation, the overall time frame we were quoted initially was kept to exactly so there were no delays or issues. All the questions that were asked of us seem to have made everything happen smoothly. Brilliant service.
