We have a long, narrow, uphill drive, and then a narrow passage around the side, and another uphill climb to reach the site of the shed. Both teams did an amazing job moving the concrete and shed sections into position. Special mention goes to the driver of the base-fitting team, who did the best reversing of a large trailer up our drive that I have ever seen. Both teams followed Covid distancing guidelines to the letter.

On the sales front, Archie was knowledgeable and excellent in talking through options and feeding back rapidly on some key questions. He was very realistic about the lead time but, in the event, the installation went ahead 2 months earlier than we had discussed. The design function on the website was intuitive and easy to use. Both the base and office installation teams did a great job, and we were impressed by how rapidly and intensely they worked and the cleanliness of the site when they had finished. I am writing this in the office - it is great to be in.

He was very helpful in choosing the correct height for me, the double doors, windows etc etc... He was extremely enthusiastic and was so happy to change one or two things on the diagram to make sure I was completely happy before it was sent to production.

Emma is a huge asset to your organisation. What was really impressive was your IT system, whereby different options could be instantly printed out, and so helpful to take away to mull over. Your installation team were superb as well, efficient and took a great deal of trouble assembling my shed. I am thrilled with the final result so many, many thanks to all concerned - and congratulations on your distinctive designs and options. It was a pleasure to work with everyone at Crane.

Starting with Paul at your Newbury show centre, he was very professional, patient, and helpful supporting us and answering all our queries ahead of us finally placing an order. James and Ryan built our building over 3 days and were very professional, friendly, and hardworking, even in light of the logistics to our property. We are very pleased with the build and finish of our new summerhouse and workshop, it is excellent, so thank you to the skilled carpenters in your factory who built the sections. The electrician also did a very good job on the electrics and the finish again was excellent.
