The installers were efficient, hardworking, and completed within the timescale. The electrician was very polite, professional and completed the work quickly. Simon at your Nottinghamshire show site was excellent, really helpful in explaining the options and a real pleasure to deal with. And Jamie and Ryan from your installations team did an excellent job and again were great to deal with. When I called to make payments, the office team were very helpful too. And the installation date was much sooner than we were originally advised when we initially placed the order, which was a very pleasant surprise. All in all, a very good experience, and we're very pleased with our building. Thank you!

I first met Lee at the Chelsea Flower Show and he was incredibly helpful in working with me to realise my dream shed. My experience with Crane has been the complete opposite, they were brilliant throughout!

We found Joe easy to deal with, attentive but not in any way becoming the archetypal pushy salesperson. Joe allowed us to take our time when choosing our shed and answered our questions in an honest, straightforward and polite manner. The installation teams were professional, making clear their requirements for water and electricity before they arrived. Clear communications given about their arrival times, introductions were given over the phone and on arrival. Very helpful with any queries on the day and gave suggestions, for example, regarding the installation of pea shingle surround before the final fit of the shed. Crane is a very nice company to deal with, we found them completely professional, good at communicating, trustworthy and completely reliable. We have no hesitation in recommending Crane in the provision of their products and service. Very well done.
