I am writing to say how pleased I am with the two new garden buildings recently supplied by yourselves and how they have transformed our garden. The quality and finish of my summerhouse and shed are exceptional. I would also like to formally recognise the two-man installation team (Callum and Liam) they worked with extreme professionalism at all times and worked late into the eve on the first day to get both shells up and watertight, as rain was predicted the following day. They were extremely polite, very neat and tidy, and completed both buildings with real detail to finish. I hope they will receive this message of thanks as they really are a credit and ambassadors to Crane Garden Buildings.

The salesperson at Trentham, Ben, was very helpful and came & looked at our site and recommended a professional landscape gardener to lay the foundation properly. After the lockdown, we were happy that we got our delivery fairly quickly. The shed assemblers were efficient and speedy.

I don't think you could have done anything else to improve my experience with you. The two guys that came to install my Ickworth Summerhouse were friendly. I was particularly impressed with the two guys that came the previous week to lay the base. I have a very sloping garden and they had to build the back of the base up a bit. Excellent staff and service. All four members represented Crane very well. We are really enjoying our Crane Summerhouse. It was even tranquil watching the heavy rainstorm yesterday!

All members of staff have been exceptional from the first time we discussed one of your buildings with the Salesman at the Burford Garden Centre, to the home visit by Lee and then on to the erection of the building by Ryan and Rory and the installation of the electrics by Jack. Ryan and Rory are a credit to your business. Exceptionally hard working and arrived when they said they would.
