The whole buying and installation process was handled very well. Paul at Cranleigh could not have been more helpful. We were well informed; all our questions were answered - he was very generous with his time. The two young men who delivered and installed the shed on one of the hottest days of the year could not have been more polite and professional - a credit to your company! We were kept informed regarding their time of arrival and they completed the job to a good standard.

I would also like to formally recognise the two man installation team (Callum and Liam) they worked with extreme professionalism at all times and worked late into the eve on the first day to get both shells up and watertight, as rain was predicted the following day. They were extremely polite, very neat, and tidy, and completed both buildings with real detail to finish. I hope they will receive this message of thanks as they really are a credit and ambassadors to Crane Garden Buildings.

There was nothing you could have done to improve our experience with you. Everything fell into place while co-ordinating delivery as we live between two houses. The delivery guys rang ahead to let us know the arrival time and they were on time, clean, tidy, and polite. Everything was professional. We will recommend to everyone!

The installations team worked swiftly and efficiently whilst obviously maintaining appropriate social distancing with us. The parking of the substantial vehicle and trailer close to the property potentially could have blocked our narrow lane but they managed to leave sufficient room for most vehicles to pass. They were very accommodating to the odd vehicle that needed a little help in squeezing past so basically, none of our neighbours were inconvenienced or delayed.
