This is a chalet-style summerhouse with a roof overhang over the front gable end. The roof has been protected with heavy-duty felt. The NHS wanted a very natural look, so the shiplap cladding has been painted in a transparent Light Oak preservative, which also makes the timber more weather resistant. This Summerhouse has been designed so multiple people can use it at once, with heavy-duty flooring and four sets of windows.
