An impressive addition to any outdoor space, this modern garden studio was recently installed for customers in Brighton, East Sussex, to be used as an all-year-round garden gym. Designed and handcrafted at our Norfolk HQ, the Holt is part of our luxury lifestyle garden studios range. Each building is made using PEFC© Certified Scandinavian Redwood timber, sustainably sourced from our partnering timber mill in Sweden. Delivered and installed by our expert fitting team, the structure was assembled on a level concrete base, ensuring its long-term durability.

Externally, this quality garden office features a stunning right-hand veranda that provides protection from the elements, offering a comfortable space to enjoy the outdoors, even in rain. It boasts a pent roof clad with heavy-duty, torched-on roofing felt and smooth shiplap cladding in Slate, a contemporary grey shade from the Crane Exterior Paint Range. The building is accessed through double doors and is flooded with natural light from multiple full-height windows. Two rear fanlight windows offer ventilation, with polished chrome hardware for a sleek finish.

The Classic Office was chosen by our customers for its modern aesthetic. Designed to serve as a garden gym, it enhances their home and adds value to their property. To ensure comfort year-round, the studio is fitted with double glazing, an electrical pack with heating and air conditioning, interior lining with natural matchboard, and floor insulation. An external double socket provides added convenience for outdoor use, such as powering lighting or lawnmowers.
