Externally, this luxury garden studio boasts a stunning right-hand veranda which provides some protection from the elements and offers a place to enjoy the great outdoors even if it's raining. It has a pent roof, clad with our heavy-duty, torched-on roofing felt and smooth shiplap cladding finished in the contemporary grey shade of Slate from the Crane Exterior Paint Range. The building is accessed via double doors and is drenched with natural light thanks to the various full-height windows. There are two opening fanlight windows to the rear of the studio for ventilation, all equipped with polished chrome hardware for a stylish result.

The Holt Studio was selected by our customers thanks to its sweeping, panoramic views and modern aesthetic. They plan to use it as a garden gym, which will not only further their interior space but also add value to their beloved home. In order to equip the building for its intended use, we worked with our customer to add convenient features such as double glazing, an electrical pack with both air conditioning and heating, interior lining with natural matchboard and floor insulation to keep things comfortable. The combination of the above features will ensure that our customers can maintain an appropriate temperature in any weather and enjoy their studio throughout the year. The helpful addition of an external double socket is also perfect for using things like lawnmowers and lighting outside.
