Our Holt is a great choice for a contemporary garden office. It has an ultra-stylish design with a sleek pent roof and two walls of glazing. It also has a small, decked veranda, which is connected to the roof overhang by two exterior walls that we have named “Cheeks”. It can be made in many different sizes, with our customer opting for our 3.0 x 3.6m size that includes the 0.6m veranda on both sides. The roof of our customer’s modern outdoor office is covered in heavy duty felt and the shiplap clad exterior is painted in the colour Slate from our Exterior Paint System. If you wish, you can also choose a secondary paint colour for underneath the roof overhang and the “Cheeks” for an alternative look.

To ensure the Holt is suitable for working from home inside all year round, it comes fully lined, insulated, and double glazed as standard. Our customer also opted to add electrics too, supplying their modern outdoor office with power and lighting. To personalise the interior of their taste, our customer chose for the walls of their Holt Studio to be lined in Ivory painted matchboard, with Shade Oak engineered flooring laid on the floor for a nice contrast.
