Garden Studios in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey

With the addition of a veranda to the front and left of the build, extra space is created to bridge the outdoors with the interior of the Garden Studio. The custom sizing of this garden building, including the veranda, overall is 3.6 by 3.6m; however, the building size itself is 3.0 x 3.0m. The shiplap cladding has been painted in Farrow & Ball Paint system – the exterior has been finished in Green Smoke, with the ‘cheek’ colour painted in French Gray, a perfect colour combination to suit the surrounding nature.

Floor-to-ceiling glazing creates a sleek, modern feel to this studio, and the pent roof has been covered in our heavy duty, heat-bonded, felt for durability. 

Internally, the build was finished with an electrical pack: including internal and external lighting, and heating. This makes the build a functional room, to allow the client to relax, work or socialise in their new custom garden building. The interior continues the modern theme, with Ivory painted walls and ceiling, and engineered flooring in the colour Chalk White.  Along with the electric pack, this studio is perfectly suited to year-round use, with double glazing, full insulation and solid pine matchboard lining.
