This 3.6 x 4.8m hipped roof Garden Room has been installed at the bottom of our customer’s garden in Witney, Oxfordshire to use as a year-round garden retreat with a partition towards the back to fit a toilet inside.

The customer chose a naturally attractive colour scheme for their Garden Room, with cedar shingle tiles on the hipped roof, and two paint colours from our exterior paint system for the exterior timber: Sage for the walls, and Ivory for the doors and windows.

Georgian windows, weatherboard cladding, white guttering, and exterior lights finish the outside look of this Garden Room.

Internally, there is full insulation, painted matchboard lining, the windows are double glazed, and there is an electric pack with a heater, making this certain to be a cosy retreat, no matter what time of year it is.

The partition is 1.2 x 2.0m, and will fit a toilet, sink, and even a shower cubicle, which will be helpful when the customer has guests in her house, offering them alternative washroom, even if it is outside.
