Corner Summerhouse in Toton Nottinghamshire

This small corner summerhouse is our Weybourne Summerhouse, installed for a customer based in Toton, Nottinghamshire. Our customer opted for this summerhouse design as they wanted a building that would fit into the corner of their garden. Our customer chose all the exterior and interior design options they wanted, including roof covering, paint colours, and window type, before it was designed to order by our CAD team. After the manufacturing plans were created, it was hand-crafted from FSC® certified timber in our Norfolk factory and delivered and installed by our installations team at our customer’s address. We include delivery and installation in the price of all our buildings to give you peace of mind that it is being assembled by our experts while also ensuring it is installed to the high standards that we pride ourselves on.

Our Weybourne Summerhouse has a unique shape that is designed to nestle beautifully in the corner of your garden, helping to maximise space. It is available in 3 different sizes so you can choose the one that best suits your garden. Our customer opted for our 2.4 x 2.4m size, but our Weybourne is also available in 3.0 x 3.0m and 3.6 x 3.6m. This small corner summerhouse has a hipped roof and two double opening window sets. The roof is covered in red slate effect tiles, which our customer chose to match their home, and the windows are leaded in style. The exterior is clad in smooth shiplap, which has been painted all over in Sage from our Exterior Paint System, with the windows and doors highlighted in Ivory.

The Weybourne is a year-round use summerhouse, with the walls and ceiling coming lined and insulated as standard. You can also add floor insulation and double glazing for further comfort, just like this customer has. The walls of our customer’s small corner summerhouse are lined with Ivory painted matchboard and the floor has a light oak lacquer applied to it, giving it a homely feel inside. Our customer also chose to add our electric pack to their Weybourne as extra, supplying their small corner summerhouse with power and lighting.
