A natural looking garden shed with double doors and two fixed windows either side. It has a pent roof which slopes backwards from the front of the building. The shiplap exterior has been coated with light oak preservative stain which keeps the look of the natural wood

This attractive garden shed is one of our Superior Sheds, and it was installed for a customer based in Beeston, Nottinghamshire. As with all of our FSC® certified timber buildings, the shed was designed and hand-built to order by the skilled craftsmen and women inside the factory at our HQ in Norfolk. It was then delivered and assembled by our in-house fitting team, who are the expects in making sure our buildings are installed to the high standards we pride ourselves on. The delivery and installation of all of our wooden garden buildings is included as part of our end-to-end service.

This Superior Shed has been completely customised to fit the needs of our customer, who knew exactly what they were looking for in a shed. Our Superior Sheds come in a wide range of standard and tailored sizes, with this one measuring 2.4 x 4.2m. On this range of garden building, you can also choose what style of roof you would, as well as the placement of your doors and windows. Our customer opted for a pent roof design and a set of double doors with a single window placed either side of it, in the side of the building.

The pent roof has been covered with our heavy-duty, heat-bonded roofing felt, which is applied with a propane torch to increase its longevity. The exterior is made using shiplap cladding, designed to give the building a smooth, and it has been coated with a Light Oak Preservative, which allows the natural beauty of the wood to shine through while also providing the timber with protection from fungi and woodworm.

Internally, the shed benefits from the added extra of a sturdy workbench, made from solid and strong oak-faced plywood, which will allow the customer to either extend their storage and shelving options or use the building to pursue an interest or hobby.
