This stunning 1.8 x 2.5m Wiveton Summerhouse was recently installed for our customers in York, North Yorkshire, who were wanting to create a dual purpose garden building to be used for both relaxation and storage. All of our buildings, including this charming garden summerhouse, are constructed by our team of expert craftsmen in our Norfolk factory. The exterior of this octagonal summer house features a double door and four sets of Georgian windows located on fours of its eight sides, offering panoramic views from the comfort of this garden retreat. The exterior shiplap cladding is constructed using the highest quality FSC® certified Scandinavian Redwood, which is sustainably sourced and extremely long-lasting. The roof has been covered in our Red Slate composite tiles, which effortlessly complements the exterior paint colour, Sage. Our exterior paint system is a four-coat system that is long-lasting, weather resistant and fully opaque. Our customers also opted to have polished brass door furnishings fitted as opposed to chrome to complement the warm tones of their red slate roofing.

This garden storage area has also been fully equipped for year-round use with an electric pack and heater installed internally to give our customers full temperate control of this octagonal summer house. Additionally, this Wiveton has been fully lined and insulated with double glazed windows. The internal matchboard lining has been painted in the colour ivory to create a light and inviting space whilst the floor has been fitted with our engineered flooring in Dark Oak.
