Salthouse Studio with a Partition

The storage section is 1.2 x 3.0m in size, with no lining or insulation inside, and a fanlight window to allow a bit of light inside. This will be a garden storage space, as the customer preferred having this extra section on the studio over having two buildings in their garden.

The office section is 3.0 x 3.0m in size, and it is fully insulated with painted matchboard lining, a Natural lacquer on the floor, double glazed windows, and there are draught excluders in the doors and windows.

All these features will allow the customer to use their building all through the year if they wish to.

The Salthouse is a modern-style studio, with its pent roof and roof overhang, and fully-glazed doors and windows to allow plenty of natural light inside. This customer also helped to accentuate this modern feel with our exterior paint system in the natural green colour, Verdigris, and the door and window furniture is polished chrome.
