Binham Garden Studio In Cromer

This 10 x 8 Binham Studio has been installed in Cromer, Norfolk for a customer who wanted a Garden Building that could be used as a home office. Our Binham Studios are ideal for use as a work space as they come with desk height windows as standard, and are made for year round use.

Once our customer had chosen what style of building they wanted, it was then designed by our in-house CAD engineers before being hand-made to order by the skilled craftsmen and women inside our factory at our HQ in Narford, Norfolk. Delivery and installation of all of our Garden Buildings, including this Binham Studio, is included as part of our service.

The exterior of this Binham Studio has been created using Swedish shiplap cladding, designed to give the building a smooth finish. Our customer has opted to coat the exterior timber using our exterior paint system and they have chosen the colour Sundrenched Blue in order to turn their garden building into a focal point that stands out in their garden. The apex roof has a charming overhang that provides cover over the entrance way, and it has been lined using our slate effect roofing tiles, which provide the perfect contrast to the exterior paint colour.

Internally, wall, floor and roof insulation come as standard on our Binham Studios. The walls have been covered by matchboard lining, painted in the colour Ivory, which provides an inspiring light and airy finish completed with the installation of a heavy duty lacquered floor. An electrical pack was also included to support the frequency of use that this building is likely to experience. All our buildings can be made custom to requirements provided by you.
