One of our stunning Garden Rooms was recently designed and hand-built in Norfolk using only FSC® certified timber and expert craftsmanship. Measuring 4.2 x 4.8m, the building was both delivered and installed by our expert fitting team at the customer’s address in Kings Lynn, Norfolk.

Selected from our range of show-stopping Garden Rooms, the building has an elegant hipped roof covered with grey-slate composite tiles, which is just one option from our choice of roof coverings. White guttering has been added along the fascia boards to protect against wetter weather and weatherboard cladding is painted in the exterior shade of Sage. The building has a total of 14 opening windows that are leaded in design, another feature that was selected by our customer from the design options.

Internally, the Garden Room is fully insulated with painted pine lining in the shade of Ivory. This gives it a contemporary, light and airy feel inside, which is further customisable by selecting from the Farrow and Ball internal palette that we also offer. An electrical pack was installed along with the building that included a heater for colder months, ensuring that the building can be enjoyed all year-round.
