Like all of our garden buildings, it was designed by our in-house CAD engineers and hand-made to order by skilled craftsmen and women at our factory in Narford, Norfolk. It was then delivered and assembled at the customer's address by our members of our trusted installations team, who are the experts in making sure our buildings are installed to meet our high standards. The delivery and installation of the building is included as part of the service we offer.
Our customer opted for an apex roof design, with a single door in the front gable and three windows in the side.
To enhance the traditional styling of this shed, the customer chose our rustic weatherboard cladding, Georgian windows, and cedar shingle tiles on the roof. The paint colour, Sandstone, from our exterior paint range also adds to the natural look to help it blend in with the garden.
At 2.4 x 3.0m in size, the customer has got a workbench along the 3.0m length which will enable them to comfortably work on potting their plants. It is located underneath the windows, so while they’re working away inside, they can look out over their garden.
This shed has been restricted to 2.5m in height, since it is close to the boundary of their property. This is so that they don’t have to apply for planning permission: if you’re unsure of whether you need to apply or not, please use our online planning permission calculator to find out.
