Langham Studio with Custom Features

This is a tailor-made building in quite a few ways: the size of the studio is 2.3 x 3.6m, which isn’t one of our standard sizes, there is a custom roof overhang around every side of the building to cater for their limited space, the pitch of the roof has been altered so that it is under planning height, and they requested to have Salthouse Studio doors instead of the Langham doors, so they can have full-length glass in them to match their patio doors.

Grey slate composite tiles have been used on the roof, along with white guttering, and the building itself has been painted in our exterior paint system in two colours: Verdigris for the cladding, and Ivory for the doors and windows. If you would like to see the colours, you can request paint samples in any of our paint ranges to help you decide which colour(s) you would like your building to be finished in.

There are four windows on the left-hand side, two of which can be opened to allow fresh air into the building in the warmer months. The double doors can also be hooked open with the help of the polished brass door hooks.

Internally, the office is fully insulated with natural matchboard lining on the walls, there is a Natural lacquer on the floor and they have opted for an electrical pack with a heater as well.
