Garden Room with Velux Windows - Basingstoke

In addition to the standard features; wall, floor and roof insulation, they opted for two Velux windows which offer plenty of additional daylight to flood in. The exterior shiplap cladding was coated in paint from our exterior paint system - protecting the build from the elements and damage caused by fungi and woodworm - and was complimented by terracotta roof tiles. 

With each Garden Room, we include and install full insulation and electrics, so as to allow for year-round comfortable use. The windows, doors, roof, cladding, interior lining, flooring, and exterior paint colour can be tailored to you personally, but there are also options to add other elements such as partitions to add an extra storage room to your space, or extra finishing touches like the Velux windows that this particular customer opted for. 

For all of our products we use only the highest quality timber from a partner mill in Scandinavia. The timber we use is managed in a sustainable way and is incredibly robust ensuring longevity for every garden building.
