Holkham Summerhouse with Georgian Windows

An attractive and traditional summerhouse with an apex roof covered in cedar shingles. The wooden garden building has georgian windows and smooth exterior shiplap cladding painted in the shade of lizard.

This delightful looking garden building is a Holkham Summerhouse, and it has been installed at the bottom of our customer’s garden in Bishops Cleeve, Gloucestershire to give them a place in their garden that they can make into a comfortable relaxation space.

At 2.4 x 3.0m, this is quite a small summerhouse, but it fits perfectly at the bottom of our customer’s garden, and it will be plenty big enough for them to furnish comfortably.

Outwardly, this is a traditional, country-style summerhouse, with cedar shingle tiles on the roof, Georgian windows, polished brass door and window furniture, and it has been painted in our exterior paint system, in the colour Sage.

Internally, the customer chose to have painted matchboard lining on the walls in Ivory, insulation in the walls and ceiling, and a Natural lacquer on the floor, which will enable them to use their summerhouse in more than just the summer months.

If you like the idea of using a summerhouse throughout the year, we also offer our customers the opportunity to have the windows double glazed, to have floor insulation, and also to have an electric pack installed.
