3.0 x 3.6m Burnham Studio in Exterior Slate Paint

This 3.0 x 3.6m modern garden studio was recently installed for our customers in Seaford, East Sussex, for use as a garden gym. With full lining and insulation as standard and a fully glazed front elevation, our Burnham Studio was the perfect outdoor living solution that met all of our customer’s needs. Constructed using FSC® certified Scandinavian Redwood, this high-quality garden studio is fully equipped for all exercising needs and built using the highest quality materials. Like all of our garden studios, this building was handcrafted with care in our Norfolk factory and delivered and installed by our expert team of fitters as part of our outstanding service.

The exterior of this Burnham Studio in Seaford, East Sussex, features our smooth shiplap cladding, a spacious double door, and five floor-to-ceiling windows, offering panoramic views whilst working out. There is also a small opening window located on the left side of the building to aid with ventilation. The apex roof has been covered in cedar shingle tiles and the roof pitch has been adjusted accordingly to account for the 2.5m height planning restriction. Our customers also opted to have black guttering installed to aid with water distribution and protect our premium quality timber from the risk of premature rot from water run-off. Painted in the colour Slate, from our specially formulated Exterior paint system, this dark grey hue makes this large studio a centrepiece in our customer's garden.

Fully lined and insulated as standard, this Seaford-based garden studio has also been fitted with an electric pack and heater to support all of our customer's electrical fitness equipment and to create a warm and inviting gym at all times of the year. Our customers also opted to have heavy-duty flooring installed to support the weight of heavy equipment such as dumbbells and free weights. The internal matchboard lining has been left in our Natural finish, highlighting the premium quality of our timber, whilst the floor has been lacquered to protect it from general wear and tear.
