Summerhouse and Shed Hybrid Building

This convenient hybrid of two buildings was recently installed for a customer based in Slough, Berkshire. The design features a Blakeney Summerhouse with a Superior Shed at the opposite end for storage. The versatile design was hand-built in our Norfolk factory before being delivered and installed at the customer’s specified delivery address.

Measuring 2.4 x 5.4m, the building is clad with smooth shiplap timber and has an apex roof covered with our heavy-duty, heat-bonded felt. The exterior is painted in the shade of Sage which was selected from our vast range of paint options. The building also benefits from our security pack on the shed end, which features un-screwable security screws on the door hinges, stainless-steel window bars and a heavy-duty sliding bolt with a fully encased 7 lever lock. Four opening windows will allow for plenty of ventilation and polished brass door furniture maintains a tasteful appearance.

Internally, there is a partition wall between the two ends with external access only. The roof overhang on the gable end of the building will also allow for both shelter and shade during the appropriate seasons.
