12 x 10ft Garden Summerhouses

This 12 x 10ft (3.6 x 3.0m) idyllic bespoke summerhouse was recently installed for our customers who were looking to create a dual-purpose wooden summerhouse to be used as a relaxation space and storage area. Fitted with a range of customisable features and an internal partition, this garden summerhouse was the ideal outdoor living solution to meet all of our customer’s needs. Like all of our buildings, this Blakeney Summerhouse was constructed using FSC® certified Scandinavian Redwood by our expert team of craftsmen in our Norfolk factory. We also include delivery and installation within in our price so there are no hidden fees waiting around the corner.

The exterior of this idyllic bespoke summerhouse features smooth shiplap cladding, a double door and five Georgian window sets. The window sets located on the left and right side of the building are both opening windows to allow for a fresh breeze during the warm summer months, whilst the other three sets of windows are all fixed windows. The apex roof of this small garden summer house has a protective overhang and is covered in our heavy duty felt, which is extreme wear and non-rip for extended longevity. Our heavy duty felt is also applied using a propane torch to maximise its durability and therefore guarantee years of reliable service. This wooden summerhouse has also been fitted with black guttering to aid in water distribution, thus protecting our premium quality timber from the risk of premature rot. Our customers opted to have their Blakeney painted in the colour Lizard from our Exterior paint range, which alongside being fully opaque and weather resistant, also adds a contemporary splash of colour to this classic design.

The interior of this Blakeney has been fitted with an internal partition to create two separate areas dedicated to different needs. The back section of this building will be used for storage, whilst the front will be used as a socialising area to be enjoyed with friends and family. The interior of this Blakeney has been left unlined in our Natural timber finish, however we do offer a range of lining and insulation options alongside the option to have a summer house with electricity, should you wish to. The flooring has been lacquered to give it a mid-sheen finish and to also protect from general wear and tear.
