8 x 16 Salthouse Studio with Pent Roof (Ref: 30)

This 8' x 16' Salthouse Studio with a pent roof was designed by our customer. She wanted this garden building to be used as an office space for her home run business.

The Salthouse Studio is coated with paint from our exterior paint system. Using the Pebble colouring, this paint system is proven to be the best possible protection for exterior timber.

This office is fully lined and insulated with natural matchboard lining, using the highest grade tongue and groove match boarding, leaving a natural warm feel to the studio space. The roofing consists of heavy duty felt; this is heated on to the roof to give longevity to the studio.

There are 5 window sets on this Salthouse studio, allowing plenty of light into the studio and with the electrical pack installed; lighting, heating and power for electronics are easy to gain access to.

Each of our garden buildings are built at our Norfolk factory HQ near Swaffham using slow-growing FSC® certified timber sourced from our partner sawmill in Northern Sweden.
