8 x 10ft Modern Garden Studio

With an abundance of customisable features, this 8 x 10ft modern Garden Studio was recently installed as a leisure space in our customer’s garden. With full lining and insulation as standard, our Salthouse Studio was the perfect outdoor living solution to accommodate all of our customer's tailored needs. Like all of our high-quality garden studios, this Salthouse was constructed using FSC® certified Scandinavian Redwood that we ethically and sustainably source from a timber mill in North Sweden. We handcraft all of our buildings with care in our Norfolk factory and include delivery, installation, and VAT within our prices as standard.

The exterior of this 8 x 10ft contemporary studio features our smooth shiplap cladding, single door, and five floor-to-ceiling windows. Our Salthouse offers our customers panoramic views of their garden as well as a multitude of modern features. The pent roof features a charming roof overhang and is covered in our extreme wear, heavy-duty felt, which we apply with a propane torch for extended longevity. Our customers have also opted to have black guttering installed to aid in water distribution and therefore protect our premium quality timber from the risk of premature rot. Our guttering also allows our customers to collect any rainwater in a water butt and use it to water their garden.

Fully lined and insulated as standard, this 8 x 10ft garden studio is equipped for comfortable year-round use. The internal matchboard lining has been painted in the colour Ivory, to create a light and inviting feel, whilst the floor has been lacquered to give it a mid-sheen finish and to protect it from general wear and tear. Our customers have also chosen to have an electric pack fitted to allow them to enjoy television, lighting, and a coffee machine when relaxing in their new garden retreat.

As part of this installation, we also removed an old summerhouse before erecting our customer’s new Salthouse, a service that we happily provide at an additional cost.
