6 x 8ft Pent Garden Sheds

This 6 x 8ft pent-roof garden shed was recently installed by our expert team of fitting specialists for use as a woodworking workshop. With a lack of space in the home, our customer decided to create a dedicated space to exercise his hobbies in the peace of his secure garden. Like all of our high quality garden sheds, this highly customisable shed was handcrafted in our Norfolk factory by our team of skilled craftsmen. The exterior of this 6 x 8ft pent-roof shed features smooth shiplap cladding, a single door, and a single double-glazed, opening window. Ideal for letting in a cool breeze during the warm summer months, the small window also aids in ventilation and lets in natural light whilst our customer works away in this garden retreat.

The pent roof is covered in our heavy-duty felt, which is non-rip, extreme wear, and is also applied using a propane torch for extended longevity. This means that this high-quality shed will be protected against the elements for decades, allowing our customer to get plenty of enjoyment from their building. To further protect this Superior Shed, black guttering has been installed to aid with water distribution whilst also protecting our timber from the risk of woodworm and fungi.  Painted in our Sikkens paint system in the colour, Grey, this dark stain highlights the premium quality of our timber whilst also fitting in with our customer’s home.

The interior of this 6 x 8ft garden shed has been partially lined and insulated (walls and ceiling) to make this woodworking studio an inviting place to be, irrespective of the time of year. As our customer will be spending extended periods in this shed, our electric pack has been fitted to give him access to electrics and therefore the ability to use a heater, power tools and perhaps enjoy some music on the radio as he crafts away. With heavy equipment in use, this shed needed to be fitted with a heavy-duty floor to ensure that this Superior could support powerful tools whilst our oak-faced internal lining gives the walls an industrial finish that perfectly suits a workshop setting.
