12 x 18ft Garden Lounge

Selected from our impressive range of FSC® certified Scandinavian Redwood timber buildings, this Garden Room was chosen to be the perfect, spacious lounge for entertaining and welcoming guests. Designed and hand-built by experts at our factory in Norfolk, the building was then both delivered and assembled at the specified delivery address by our team of in-house installation experts. With it's distinctive hipped roof and charming optional inset doors, it is the most elegant of garden buildings. 

With three different styles of made-to-measure Garden Rooms to suit the individual needs and tastes of our customers, they are available in a range of sizes, with more custom options available subject to request and structural allowances. This particular building measures a spacious 12 x 18ft and has a striking hipped roof covered with grey slate composite tiles, which were chosen over our other roofing options such as cedar shingles and red slate tiles. The exterior is clad with smooth shiplap cladding painted in the opaque shade of Lizard, which was also selected by the customer. Other personalised features from the exterior of the building include the attractive Georgian barred windows, black guttering along the fascia boards and lower cill height doors and windows. 

Internally, our garden rooms offer a range of luxurious features as standard. As well as insulation and painted pine lining, they include an electrical pack with heater, Farrow & Ball internal painting, engineered flooring in a range of different shades and many other options that are best explored by paying us a visit at one of our national show centres.
