12 x 16ft Garden Room with Slate Roof

One of our show-stopping Garden Rooms was recently designed and hand-built in Norfolk before being both delivered and installed at the customer's address by our expert, in-house fitting team. Built entirely from FSC® certified timber, the Garden Room measures 12 x 16ft and boasts an attractive hipped roof. 

Externally, the building has smooth shiplap cladding painted in the Lizard exterior shade of paint. We offer a wide variety of external paints including a Farrow and Ball palette for those with a specific shade in mind. The hipped roof is covered with grey-slate composite tiles for a timeless and traditional look, further enhanced by the leaded windows on the building. Internally, the Garden Room is fully insulated with painted pine lining in the shade of Ivory. The Garden Room comes as standard with an electrical pack, to ensure maximum comfort and year-round use, with the optional extra of a heater, which our customer opted for here.
