12 x 15ft Garden Room

One of our distinctive, hipped roof Garden Rooms was designed and hand-built at our Norfolk factory before being delivered and installed at the customers’ address by our expert, in-house fitting team, which is included in your purchase package. Measuring 12 x 15ft, the building makes a showstopping addition to any garden.

All Garden Rooms come as standard with insulation and painted lining with the option of selecting from a Farrow and Ball colour palette. This enables the building to be used and enjoyed all year-round, with electrics and a heater installed so that appliances and lighting can be used while maintaining a pleasant temperature and extending the use of the building into darker hours. The floor enjoys a lacquer coating for enhanced durability.

Externally, the building is clad with FSC® certified timber weatherboard and is painted in an exterior Farrow and Ball paint from their eggshell range. The roof is covered with grey-slate composite tiles for a timeless and attractive look and guttering has been added to the fascia boards.
