10 x 14 Garden Room with Hipped Roof (Ref: 595)

This 10’ x 14’ Garden Room has been installed in our customer’s garden to be used as an attractive games room for friends and family to use.

This Garden Room has a hipped roof, which has a layer of grey slate effect tiles on to produce an attractive, natural-looking and highly durable finish to the roof. There is white guttering around the roof to catch excess rainfall, and the building itself has been painted in Sage green from our Valtti colour range.

There are three window sets in this Garden Room: one single, an opening window on both sides of the double doors, and a double set of opening windows on the left-hand side. The windows are all leaded in style, and are double glazed as well to help with temperature regulation through the year.

Inside the Garden Room, there is full insulation, a Light Oak lacquer on the floor, an electrical pack and painted matchboard lining on the walls, to ensure the customer will get year-round use out of their games room.
