Garden Yoga Studio

Our customer, an experienced Yoga teacher from Hampshire, needed a building that would allow her to teach one-to-one sessions and share her passion for Yoga from the comfort of her own garden. She opted for one of our modern and contemporary Salthouse Studios that she transformed into a tranquil and relaxing garden Yoga studio.

 Our Salthouse Studio is available in more than 25 different standard sizes, from 1.8 x 2.4m to 4.8 x 6.0m. As our customer had a specific place in mind for her garden yoga studio, we were able to create a more bespoke sized Salthouse measuring 2.4 x 2.9m. Our customer opted for this size so that the space was big enough to share with her students while also not imposing on her garden. We offer bespoke sizes in order to create a building that is tailor-made to the space available in your garden.

Our Salthouse Studio has a contemporary pent roof design with a smooth shiplap clad exterior as standard. Our customer’s Salthouse Studio has heavy-duty felt torched onto the roof and the exterior is painted in the Exterior Paint System colour of Lizard. One of the main features of our Salthouse Studio that makes it ideal for use as a Yoga garden studio is the fully glazed front elevation. The floor-to-ceiling windows allow for an abundance of natural light inside to help create the soothing and calming atmosphere required for Yoga.

As our customer wanted to be able to teach inside her Yoga garden studio all year round, it was vital that the building she chose was fully equipped for use all throughout the year. This garden gym comes fully lined with insulation in the walls, ceiling and floor, and double glazed, as standard. An electric pack has also been added to this garden Yoga studio to ensure our customer could have lighting and power inside.

After installation, our customer transformed our Salthouse Studio into a space of her own. The ‘Ladybird Yoga Shack’ has pegs for bags and jackets, a rack for Yoga mat storage, and shelving for storing additional equipment, such as a stereo. As well as adding fixings to the walls, she has also decorated the outside of the building with lanterns and Buddha statues, which will help to bring positive energy to her Yoga shack.
