Garden Shed with Weatherboard Cladding

Weatherboard cladding is made by overlapping roughly cut timber to give a more rustic look than our standard, smooth shiplap cladding. Whether you choose smooth or rustic though, each form of cladding is made using the same high-quality FSC® certified Northern Scandinavian Redwood.

Heavy-duty felt has been used to protect the roof: this is a thick, non-rip felt that is torched onto the roof to increase its longevity.

Windows in the doors add to the style of the shed, and there are three windows on the left-hand side, one of which can be opened, to provide enough natural light inside for the customer to work in.

To finish off the outside of the workshop, the customer chose our Valtti Paint System: the colour they chose was Verdigris, which is a natural green/blue colour, and it gives opaque coverage with a long re-decoration cycle.

To make sure the customer’s projects and tools are kept safe inside, they also chose to have our security pack, which consists of a seven lever lock and heavy-duty sliding bolt, security screws for the door hinges, and stainless steel window bars.
