The windows of our Holkham are positioned perfectly at desk height, giving our customers unhindered views of their garden whilst also allowing the sun to pour through in abundance. The window sets located on the left and right side of the building can also be opened to allow the outside in on warm days. The apex roof has been covered in our cedar shingle tiles, which effortlessly complements the exterior colour, Pebble, from our Exterior paint system. Our Exterior paint system is sprayed in-house by our expertly trained staff and is also weather resistant and protects from the risk of woodworm and fungi.

Unlined as standard, our Holkham is usually designed as a purely summer-use building. However, with a dream to create a crafting oasis equipped for year-round use, this timber summerhouse in Cromer, Norfolk, has been fitted with full lining and insulation alongside an electric pack. This means that our customers can enjoy their outbuilding throughout all the seasons as well as have access to electrics, allowing them to listen to music, watch tv and enjoy hot drinks without having to go back to their home. The internal matchboard lining has been painted in the colour, Ivory, whilst the floor has been fitted with our engineered flooring in Shade Oak to create a truly modern interior finish that is a blank slate for adding plenty of personalisation.
