Inside the shed, the customer opted for heavy duty floor, which is thicker than our standard flooring, and excellent for storing heavy equipment on. The customer also requested breathable paper lining for the walls, which means that the customer is likely to be insulating the shed themselves.
This shed has a pent roof, which is particularly useful if you need to keep your building under planning height (2.5m tall if it is less than 2m away from the property boundaries). To find out more about planning permission for your garden building click here.
A Pent roof also encourages surface run off in the direction of your choosing, excellent for English weather. The customer also opted for black guttering to be placed at the back of the shed, so rainwater will flow straight into the gutter, not onto the back of the building, and into a water butt if they so wish.
All of our buildings are fully customisable to your exact requirements and benefit from free delivery and installation by our expert team as part of our end to end service.
