Garden Room with Electrics and a Heater

4.2 x 6.0m Garden Room in Pebble with electrics, heater and insulation

This traditionally attractive building is our Garden Room: it is 4.2 x 6.0m, and it has been installed in the bottom corner of our customer’s garden in Sidcup, Kent to have as a sheltered, entertainment space to enjoy their garden from throughout the year.

To help our customers gain year-round use out of our Garden Rooms, an electric pack with a heater comes included in the price of the building, as well as full insulation, matchboard lining (this customer chose painted matchboarding), and double glazed windows.

Internally, the customer also has a Natural lacquer on the floor, and they opted to have our heavy-duty flooring (ex 38mm thick, instead of the standard ex 19mm) as an extra feature.

On the outside, the customer has chosen a traditional, country-style, with Georgian windows and neutral colours: there are grey slate effect tiles on the hipped roof framed by white guttering, and the paint colours are Pebble (for the walls and corner boards) and Ivory (for the doors and windows) from our exterior paint system.

Weatherboard cladding gives a rustic feel and inset doors finish off the building to give a more homely look.
