8 x 14 Cley Summerhouse with Cedar Shingle Tiles (Ref: 536)

This 8’ x 14’ Cley Summerhouse has been installed in our customer’s garden for use as a pretty, country-esque craft room for his wife to enjoy their garden from and work on her craft projects in peace and tranquillity.

There are double doors in the front side of the summerhouse with Georgian windows in, and a set of Georgian windows on both sides of the doors. There are also two double sets of opening Georgian windows on both ends to allow for a good amount of natural air flow through the building.

Georgian windows hark back to a traditional style, and this has only been accentuated with other features, like the hipped roof with cedar shingle tiles on, the shiplap cladding and the paint, which is our exterior paint system in Verdigris. Verdigris is a subtle green colour, and our exterior paint system is an opaque paint in colours that give a wonderful, colonial feel to our buildings.

Internally, the customer opted for natural matchboard lining, full insulation and an electrical pack, so this Cranes Summerhouse will have the capacity to be used all year round by the customer.
