Garden Studio in Pebble Paint

This stylish and contemporary Garden Studio was recently installed for a customer based in Leatherhead, Surrey, who required a work from home office in the form of a sleek garden studio. Designed and hand-built at our Norfolk factory, the building was then both delivered and installed at the customer’s address by our in-house installation experts.

The building measures 1.8 x 3.6m and is known as the Salthouse Studio, named after a stunning coastal village close to our Norfolk HQ. It has a pent roof design covered with heavy-duty, heat-bonded felt for optimum weatherproofing and to ensure longevity. The exterior is clad with smooth shiplap painted in the shade of Pebble, selected by the customer from our vast range of exterior paints. All full-length windows feature double glazing for an abundance of natural light and warmth inside the building, with an additional fanlight window in the gable for ventilation. Access to the interior is granted through the double opening doors at the left-end of the building.

Internally, all Salthouse Studios come as standard with insulated walls, ceiling and natural pine lining. Our customer here has chosen to fully insulate the studio by adding floor insulation and opted to paint the pine lining in the airy shade of Ivory. They also opted to add our heavy-duty floor into the building, which provides protection from the storage of heavy equipment and frequent footfall. They also chose to add an electrical pack with a heater, which means that their office will be immediately ready to use upon the completion of the installation.
