Like all of our premium garden buildings, this Ickworth was constructed using FSC® certified Scandinavian Redwood, which we forest sustainably from a timber mill in North Sweden. Our National Trust Summerhouses feature an abundance of timeless features that exude all the charm that the prestigious British establishment is known for. The exterior of this traditional high-quality summerhouse in Kidsgrove, Staffordshire, features vertically sawn cladding, a spacious double door and four sets of leaded windows. The two windows sets located on either side of the building are opening windows to allow for a fresh breeze during warm months, whilst the window sets located on the front gable are fixed windows. The apex roof features a charming roof overhang and is covered in our black corrugated roofing which further accentuates this Ickworths olden-style design. The doors are finished with our cast iron fleur-de-leys handles and the exterior is painted in the colour Terrace Green from our six colour National Trust paint system.
